Memorial gifts are gifts made to perpetuate the memory of an individual who recently passed. There are three people involved in the interaction.

1) The donor
2) The name of the passed individual
3) The person who should receive an acknowledgment that a donation was made

As a one-person shop, I've had to do a few of these and notifications of memorial gifts should be beautiful, kind, honorable but quick. Having to write them out can take a while. With this template, you can write the name of the person who the donation was in the name of on the back, the donor's address, and with your own envelope, send this to the person who should receive an acknowledgment.
